Client & Location Information:

Community pharmacy is looking to onboard an industrious Pharmacist Manager to take the reins and develop their brand with the support of the head office. This pharmacy is situated in a beachside village located a short distance from Mackay.

Job Specification:

As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be at the helm of a medium-sized community pharmacy. You will be doing everything from leading the dispensary team to training the interns. You will be working alongside the other Pharmacist, Dispensary Technicians, and the front of shop team headed up by the experienced Retail Manager to not only ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our existing customers.

Skills Required:

*Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Customer service skills.
* Team training experience.
* Proven ability to manage a pharmacy team.

Salary & Benefits:

Pay package: $60 p/h + 12-month retention bonus + accommodation allowance (negotiable) and $2,000 relocation assistance.
