Deb started with Raven’s Recruitment in September 2000 and over this time has become our senior Recruiter and moral compass. Happiest when connecting excellent Pharmacists with a great new Employer, we rely on her to bring things back to black and white, back to basics, and think about what we are doing, why and who for.

Deb was initially responsible for growing and managing Raven’s overseas UK and Ireland Transfer Scheme, prior to the reciprocal agreement coming to an end in 2006. Deb is now responsible for permanent recruitment for Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia. Deb brings a wealth of knowledge to the team including an extensive network of pharmacists around Australia whom she has worked with throughout her time with Raven’s Recruitment.

From my first contact with Raven's and throughout the whole process, Debbie and the team at Raven's were simply delightful. Initially I tried advertising on the internet. I received many applications, most of whom were not registered to work in Australia.
