    Client and Location:

    This private non-PBS pharmacy is located in Toowoomba. It is known for being a regional hub, a "garden city" with parks and flowers, and the gateway to southwest Queensland. It's the perfect setting for Pharmacists looking for a tree change and a supportive team atmosphere.

    Job Specification:

    Specialised Pharmacist opportunity to join a team where you'll be part of a forward-thinking pharmacy focused on dispensing Medicinal Cannabis and alternative medicine dispensing.

    Full training provided.

    Duties include:
    • Growing and leading a team of pharmacist assistants.
    • Build and implement systems and processes for the dispensary.
    • Collaboration with prescribing doctors to optimize patient outcomes.
    • Attend clinic/dispensary meetings to communicate stock availability.
    • Educating and consulting with your patients.
    • Dispensing medications.
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications.
    • Maintaining accurate customer records.
    • Ensuring compliance with pharmacy guidelines.
    • Stock ordering and management, ensuring balances are checked and correct.
    • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

    Skills Required:
    • Bachelor of Pharmacy.
    • APHRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist (with no restrictions) in Australia.
    • Experience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy manager in a fast paced environment.
    • Experience receiving, processing orders, dispensing S4/S8 medications.
    • Proficiency with Z Software is viewed favourably.

    Ability to be trained up on new pharmacy related software to improve efficiencies.

    Salary & Benefits:

    Full-time salary of up to $120,000 per annum dependent upon experience plus superannuation. Relocation expenses.
