Our client, a modern and conceptual pharmacy located in a picturesque coastal suburb of Bayside Brisbane, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Pharmacist to join their dynamic team. This beautifully fitted-out pharmacy is not just a workplace but a community hub dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and healthcare.

Job Specification:

As a Team Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in various areas including dispensing, patient counselling, vaccinating, conducting in-store medicine reviews, Webster checking, and DVA reviews. The pharmacy operates on a forward dispense model with consult rooms available for privacy and efficiency. With streamlined processes, they guarantee a customer wait time of no more than 10 minutes. This role is supported by a Rowa machine, Fred dispense system and a great team ensuring a smooth workflow.

Roster can be full-time or part-time. You can be working 3 or 4 week days with a weekend day, or mix up the roster as will fit with what you have happening in other areas of your life.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.

• Passion for customer care and ability to provide excellent health advice.

• Experience with Fred dispensing system and Rowa machine preferred, but not essential.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive workplace.

• Flexibility to participate in a weekend roster is essential.

Salary & Benefits:

• $45/hr during weekdays (negotiable), $55/hr on Saturdays, and $70/hr on Sundays, plus superannuation and all permanent entitlements.
