Strong growth and an increase in trade means this pharmacy now needs an enthusiastic Pharmacist Manager. Ideally you have gained experience in a similar role and can bring those skills into this role overseeing the dispensary and small team of five. You strive to further develop a business taking it to the next level utilising your leadership and people skills as you work together to deliver quality healthcare services within a well organised environment to their loyal customers and patients. You will be much more than the usual dispensary pharmacist; this employer is looking for a real people's person who engages confidentially with patients and customers alike on a full time roster that involves working some weekends. Good communication skills and working cohesively within a team is important as is your professional ability to build the pharmacy's business, meet KPI's and be target focused will be those most likely invited to join the team.
Your ability to work as part of team will be the key to your success with a broad knowledge of professional pharmacy services across a rotational roster in a full-time permanent position 38 to 40+ work hours Monday to Friday plus some weekends each month.
Ideally you will have 2+ years experience and will grow to become a vital part of this small friendly community. Relevant AHPRA pharmacy registration is essential for this role.
