Located inside a medical centre, this pharmacy is in a prime spot approximately 20 kms north west of Melbourne's CBD, making it an essential part of one of the city's most welcoming family neighbourhoods.

Job Specification:

Our client is on the lookout for a Pharmacy Retail Manager who's not only experienced but thrives on leading the team towards delivering exceptional patient-focused services and advice. With the pharmacy situated in a bustling area, this pharmacy is in need of someone who can handle the pace, driving sales, and meeting KPIs with a proven track record in pharmacy retail management. Your role will be critical in maintaining our upbeat and effective communication across the team, which includes pharmacists, senior sales assistants, and senior technicians, alongside junior staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and directing a team of 12-15, including rostering and HR administration.

  • Overseeing induction, staff training, and resolving any staff issues.

  • Managing orders, stock, and invoicing for front-of-shop (FOS) stock, alongside merchandising and stocktaking.

  • Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Required:

  • Certificate II or III in Pharmacy (S2/S3 Certificate).

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role within a pharmacy.

  • Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills.

  • Experience with QCPP accreditation is a must.
