Job Specification

In this permanent full-time role, you'll lead a dedicated pharmacy team providing specialised oncology, clinical trial, and compounding services. This is a rewarding alternative to Community Pharmacy where you'll work closely with Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to support the delivery of life-saving therapies. Whether you're an experienced clinical pharmacist or transitioning from community pharmacy, full training and mentorship are available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations and team performance.
  • Providing clinical oversight and ensuring safe, effective medication management.
  • Supporting and mentoring a team of Pharmacists and Technicians.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Contributing to clinical trials and sterile compounding services.
  • Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and team capability.

Skills Required

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Australian pharmacy setting, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and executive teams.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented approach.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience in Oncology, Clinical Trials, Compounding, or Hospital Pharmacy.
