    This community pharmacy sits in the heart of Tenterfield's main street and services a population of around 10,000. It's a well-supported, professionally focused environment offering a rewarding work-life balance.

    Job Specification:

    You'll be working closely with the owner across two sites, both located within walking distance of each other. This role is perfect for Pharmacists at any stage in their career, including early career Pharmacists who are eager to learn and grow in a supported environment. You'll be responsible for:

    • Dispensing and stock control

    • Overseeing DAA/medication packing (both community and nursing homes)

    • Providing vaccinations (accreditation preferred)

    • Supporting medicinal cannabis patients

    • Delivering a wide range of professional services

    The team includes experienced Dispense Technicians, shop staff, and Retail Manager. Saturdays are generally sole Pharmacist shifts, with other days being well-staffed and busy without being overwhelming.

    Skills Required:

    • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

    • Willingness to provide vaccinations and support specialised services (training can be arranged)

    • Ability to work independently and manage the pharmacy solo when required

    • Strong communication and leadership skills

    • Open to early career or experienced Pharmacists

    Salary & Benefits:
