Job Specification:

This isn't just a job; it's a stepping stone to a Junior Partnership with a clear path for growth. We're looking for a dynamic Pharmacist who is not only experienced but brings a passion for the business and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role involves:

• Leading and mentoring a dedicated team, including 2 pharmacists and several dispensing technicians and pharmacy assistants.
• Forward dispensing and managing the daily operations of the dispensary.
• Spearheading business growth initiatives while maintaining our high standard of customer care and service.

Skills Required:

• Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for fostering relationships.
• A proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.

Salary & Benefits:
