Job Specification:

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to enhance our hospital's healthcare services. This role involves:

  • Managing medicines and resolving medication-related issues.
  • Providing information, counselling, and support with medications and chemotherapy preparations.
  • Educating clinical staff on medicine-related matters.
  • Participating in consultant ward rounds.

This position is ideally suited for individuals with experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy. However, we are also keen to hear from experienced community pharmacists looking to transition into a hospital setting, as training can be provided.

Skills Required:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in hospital/clinical pharmacy is preferred, but not essential.
  • Current evidence of immunisation history.
