This full time Pharmacist Manager position will enable you to work alongside a well established and cohesive team of pharmacy professionals including a Stock/Retail Manager.
The lifestyle friendly roster will have you working only 4 days per week allowing for a long weekend - only working alternate Saturdays. This employer is genuinely concerned with the work-life balance of their team and thus it is encouraged that the 2 Pharmacists work together to coordinate the roster to include flexibility.
2 days per week you will work alongside another Pharmacist, enabling your managerial duties to be carried out on these days. This will be inclusive of supervising the Retail and stock side of the pharmacy and providing professional services with booked consultations.
The moderate script trade allows your main focus to be on the floor with patients, assisting wherever you can to provide positive healthcare outcomes.
* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
* Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with customers
* Management experience within a community pharmacy highly desirable
Salary & Benefits
$40-$45/hr depending on experience Plus Super Plus Generous Accommodation Allowance. 3 days off per week to enjoy this gorgeous part of the world.
