An excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist Dispensary Manager to join a busy retail pharmacy located in a beautiful seaside suburb on the Mid North Coast of NSW has become available.
Job Specification
This position would suit a proactive PDM who's wanting to take the next step in their career to develop and excel in their management skills.
Roster will be either Tuesday or Wednesday to Saturday, flexible but always working Saturdays. You must have unrestricted registration with AHPRA and hold own PI insurance.
Ability to implement professional services and forward dispensing with the drive to succeed and embrace the values of the pharmacy.
Skills Required
To Be Successful:
* 3+ years minimum Pharmacy experience
* Solid leadership and communication skills to work with the Retail Manager to drive team performance.
* Day to Day management of the Dispensary team
* Positive and cheerful attitude whilst being well presented and reliable
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills essential
Salary & Benefits
Remuneration will be based on the experience and the qualifications of the successful applicant. A relocation package will also be provided.
