Client & Location Information:

This is a well positioned inner Brisbane suburban community pharmacy with a very approachable independant pharmacy owner.

Job Specification:

As the Retail Manager you will be overseeing the front of shop operations of this small community pharmacy - working with a Pharmacist and Intern.

This could be a great step up opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant who feels ready to take on the responsibility, but without any HR duties as part of the role.

You can take on more responsibility if you choose to by learning the dispensary side of things, but this is not a requirement, unless it's of interest.

Equally the role is open to someone with experience in managing a small pharmacy team or someone who is maybe ready to step back a bit and be out of the large team environment and all the challenges that can come with that. Could be a breath of fresh air.

4 - 5 days per week - your choice to work anywhere from 30 up to 38 hrs per week. All open to discussion. Very flexible employer.

Skills Required:

* Pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician with an interest in the retail side of pharmacy or as a Retail Manager.
* Friendly and approachable communication style.
* Good product knowledge and good organisational capabilities.
* Proven ability to build rapport with your customer base.

Salary & Benefits:

$30-$35/hr plus super - depending on experience being bought to the role.
