An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join a community pharmacy in bayside suburb just north of Brisbane CBD. Offering a relaxed coastal atmosphere while remaining within easy reach of the Brisbane CBD, this suburb provides an appealing balance between lifestyle and city accessibility.

Job Specification:

As Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee the pharmacy team and ensure the professional and efficient delivery of pharmacy services, including vaccinations.

The pharmacy operates with Fred Plus. You will work as the sole Pharmacist, with support for the busier part of the day in the dispensary along with 2-3 front-of-shop team members and an experienced Retail Manager.

The role is 40 hours per week across four 10-hour weekdays, with flexibility regarding which four weekdays are worked.

No websters to be packed or checked and no methadone.

Skills Required:

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
  
• Previous community pharmacy experience.
  
• Vaccination accreditation.
  
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  
• Confidence working as the sole pharmacist.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  

Salary & Benefits:

$62 per hour plus superannuation. Based on a 40-hour week, this equates to $128,960 plus superannuation, $144,435.20 total remuneration.

The four-day working week provides an attractive opportunity for an experienced pharmacist seeking management responsibility with work/life balance with the 3 days off each week. This can be a Monday or Friday if you would like the 3 consecutive days off.
