      Job Specification:

      An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the dispensary and lead a well-established pharmacy team.

      This is a hands-on management position where you'll oversee safe and compliant dispensing, support and mentor team members and continue the pharmacy's strong focus on customer service and patient care.

      The pharmacy uses the FRED dispensing system and has a busy but well-supported dispensary.

      While working as the Sole Pharmacist, you'll have the support of an Intern Pharmacist, three pharmacy students, five Pharmacy Assistants, a Retail Manager and Stock Controller.

      Professional services include vaccinations, with minimal DAA requirements and very limited medicinal cannabis dispensing. There are no methadone, ORT or CPOP services.

      Roster flexibility includes:

    • 46 hours across Tuesday to Saturday.
    • 38 hours across four weekdays.

    • Skills Required:

    • Current General Registration with AHPRA.
    • Previous leadership or pharmacy management experience.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Sound dispensing and clinical knowledge.
    • Confidence working as the Sole Pharmacist with a strong support team.
    • Commitment to maintaining high professional and compliance standards.

    • Salary & Benefits:

    • $130,000 to $140,000 plus superannuation for the 46-hour, five-day roster.
    • Four-weekday, 38-hour roster option available.
