    Located in the heart of the Limestone Coast, this well-established community pharmacy offers the opportunity to lead a professional and customer-focused team in one of South Australia's most desirable regional centres. This regional city combines affordable living, excellent local amenities, and a relaxed lifestyle surrounded by natural attractions including the Blue Lake, wineries, and beautiful coastal regions. This pharmacy is part of a respected national pharmacy network with strong operational and professional support.

    As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy community pharmacy while leading and mentoring pharmacists, dispensary technicians, and retail staff. You will play a key role in delivering professional services, driving community engagement initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include dispensing and counselling, workflow management, stock control, budgeting, KPI achievement, and maintaining compliance with QCPP and 8CPA standards. The role offers strong support from specialist teams across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture, allowing you to focus on leadership and patient outcomes. Full-time roster with flexibility required to work every second Saturday.

    Skills Required:

    • General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
    • Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience in Australian community pharmacy.
    • Strong communication and team leadership skills
    • Vaccination accreditation highly regarded
    • Ability to manage workflow, KPIs, and professional services
    • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
