Lead a supportive team in a well-established community pharmacy
You will work closely with the owner across a full-time rotational roster, managing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary and shop, and ensuring compliance with QCPP standards and 8CPA targets. This is a sole Pharmacist role, supported by two Dispense Technicians and a small experienced front-of-shop team.
Shop hours are 9am-5.30pm weekdays, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-3pm. The fortnightly roster alternates between a 40-hours and 48-hours week, offering both structure and variety.
Skills Required
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Experience in community pharmacy and dispensary operations
- Vaccination accreditation preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to patient care and professional standards
- Salary & Benefits
- $150,000 p.a. (approx. $65.56/hr), depending on experience and accreditations
