This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career pharmacist who has gained experience working in Australian community pharmacy while completing their studies and is looking to continue developing their clinical skills. You'll be supported by two experienced pharmacist practitioners, including an award-winning pharmacy owner actively practising Full Scope of Practice and leading the introduction of innovative professional services.

Job Specification

Work collaboratively within a stable and experienced team of pharmacists, dispense technicians, pharmacy assistants, and Retail Manager in a pharmacy renowned for its positive workplace culture and minimal staff turnover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Dispensing and patient counselling.
• Vaccination services.
• Delivering exceptional customer care within a collaborative team environment.
• Opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills and progress towards Full Scope of Practice.

The pharmacy operates using Minfos with a Rowa Dispense Robot.

Roster:

• 38 hours per week (or four-day week option available).
• One Saturday in two.
• No late nights or Sundays.

Skills Required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Australian community pharmacy experience.
• Early career Pharmacists are encouraged to apply.
• Confident dispensing and counselling skills.
• Accredited vaccinator.
• Enthusiasm for professional development and Full Scope practice.
• Strong communication and commitment to patient-centred care.

Salary & Benefits

• $50-$55 per hour plus superannuation.
• Negotiable based on experience.
