    Job Specification

    As Pharmacist in Charge, you will be in charge of the pharmacy's day-to-day operations, providing leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services. Working alongside experienced dispensing technicians and retail staff, you will manage the dispensary, oversee stock control and support the continued growth of the pharmacy.

    Your role will include delivering MedsChecks and HMRs, overseeing Webster packing and DAA services prepared by technicians, and driving growth in MedAdvisor enrolments and prescription numbers. You will also play an important role in building strong relationships with customers and supporting the pharmacy's professional services.

    The roster is Monday to Friday with every second Saturday, within standard trading hours. At times, you will work as the sole pharmacist with the support of an established pharmacy team.

    Skills Required

    • General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
    • Minimum three years' Australian community pharmacy experience.
    • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
    • Experience delivering professional pharmacy services.
    • Confidence working as a sole pharmacist when required.

    Salary & Benefits

    $55-$63 per hour plus superannuation, with a rent allowance and relocation or transfer cost support available. This is a stable permanent leadership position offering genuine scope for professional growth and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of a community pharmacy.
