This Pharmacist in Charge role is for a modern country pharmacy which is located in central Queensland where there is lots of different ways to become a part of this beautiful community of people.

This is an enthusiastic employer who also works in the business part-time as she gets alongside people to assist them with their Diabetes management and education.

Early career Pharmacists are encouraged to apply as this would be a brilliant setting for stepping up whilst also still receiving mentoring in business management and additional professional services expertise.

You will be working in a fresh and purpose designed pharmacy, featuring a new layout and extended number of consultation rooms and professional areas.


Job Specification:

This full time Pharmacist in Charge position is a permanent position, but could be for as little as a 12 month contract if that is your preference.

Would suit all levels of experience, including a newly registered or early career pharmacist that would like to improve their management skills and live and work in a more relaxed work environment.

Roster will be Monday to Saturday with loads of flexiblity for long weekends and holidays when needed as there is good locum cover readily available.

Total flexibility and RDO each month is also very do-able with this role.

Light script trade with lots happening with vaccinations, Medschecks, Diabetes education, day to day staff supervision and stock management in the dispensary.

Skills Required:

* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Confident with the provision of professional services.
* Good communication skills.
* Positive and cheerful manner.
* Ability to communicate and deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary & Benefits:

$60 per hour for first 6 months with review to then go to $65/hr plus super. Plus there is a 4 bed, 2 bath house (furnished optional) plus APP registration on the Gold Coast each year, plus up to 2 return flights to Brisbane each year.

This is a fantastic earning/saving opportunity with only electricity and wifi having to be covered by yourself.
