  • 9.5 day fortnight (creating a long weekend each fortnight.
  • Newly registered Pharmacists encouraged and remunerated well.
  • Mentoring from two experienced Pharmacist Managers across the two sites.

Modern community pharmacies (2) located within this coastal location that is close to Gympie (1 hr north of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast).

Job Specification:

This newly created Pharmacist in Charge role has come about due to a steady increase in workload since Covid (with more local tourism in to the area with more people now travelling within Qld) and also to allow for a greater focus on professional services.

Your fortnightly roster will have you working across 2 sites that have both got amazing Pharmacist Managers that you will sometimes be working with. They will be great to work with whether you be an experienced Pharmacists or an early career Pharmacist who would like to learn management skills from good operators.

These pharmacies have loyal local customers and they truly value the service that is provided by these two teams. They embrace new staff as part of the community.

You will be involved in dispensary operations, clinical pharmacy services including Medschecks and Vaccinations and a small nursing home service.

Roster is 4 days week 1 and 6 days week 2. No evenings - home by 5.15 each day and no Sunday work.
Long weekend each fortnight.

Fred dispense for medium script trade with great Technician support.

Skills Required:

*Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
*All experience levels including newly registered.
*Open and clear communication style.
* Happy to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Experience in Professional Services or desire to do these.

Salary & Benefits:

$47-$50/hr plus super (negotiable) plus $150/wk accommodation assistance and relocation assistance.
