A busy, community-focused pharmacy located less than 20 minutes north of Canberra CBD is seeking a Pharmacist to join a switched-on, collaborative team. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, strong team culture and the opportunity to develop professionally within a larger dispensary setting.



Role Overview

This is a full-time position within a high-energy pharmacy where communication skills, clinical confidence and team collaboration are essential. The successful candidate will be involved in day-to-day dispensary operations and may also have opportunities to:

• Support and mentor junior staff
• Contribute to professional services
• Work as part of a large, well-supported fun team
• Suitable for Pharmacists with varying levels of experience from two years
• Motivated to grow within a busy community pharmacy environment.

• Hours & Roster

• Open hours: 8:30am - 9:00pm Monday to Sunday
  Full-time roster: 76 hours per fortnight
  Shifts: 8:00am-4:00pm, 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:45am-7:45pm

• Pharmacists on duty: 3+ per shift
• Script volume:Fast paced environment
• A large Dispensary team
• Vaccinations: yes - Accreditation preferred

• Salary & Benefits

• From $100,000 - $120,000 + super + entitlements
  Immediate start available for the right candidate
