Client & Location Information: Invercargill is favourably placed on the Southern Scenic Route and is the gateway to some of New Zealand's most beautiful scenery and destinations. It is is a mere 10 minute drive to Oreti Beach, and less than 30 minutes to the port town of Bluff. With a combination of cultural attractions, a rejuvenated city life and outstanding nature reserves and parks, Invercargill is a great place to visit.

Dates & Hours: Please advise any availability during or around these dates

• Saturday 1st - Sunday 16th August
• Monday 5th - Sunday 19th October
• Thursday 29th October onwards

Hours: Weekdays 8.30 to 8pm + Weekends 9am to 6pm

Job Specification: You will be working within a team of 1-2 other pharmacists with the support of 1-2 dispensary technicians. General dispensing and counselling. Busy script trade using Toniq. Some methadone dispensing, clozapine and local Medico Packs. You may be required to work as the Sole Pharmacist some weekday evenings and some weekends.


Skills Required:

• Registration with the New Zealand Pharmacy Council.
• Current PDA Insurance.
• Experience working as Sole Charge Pharmacist is essential
• You must enjoy counselling as this is an open plan pharmacy.
• Methadone dispensing experience is preferred
• Being ECP trained would be an advantage.
• You must be willing to work as a contractor and invoice for wages.

Pay Rate: $70-$75/hr (neg on experience)
