Client & Location Information Well established Hospital located in North-Western Victoria.
Job Specification We are currently looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Grade 2) to cover wards consisting of 24-28 beds. Main duties include: Providing a clinical and supply service to clients of the hospital; Participate in clinical ward services on a rotational basis; Provide drug information and patient counselling; The specific ward assignment will depend on the candidate's experience. While experience in ICU or paediatrics is preferred, it is not essential. If the locum does not have experience in those specialties, they will likely be assigned to surgical or medical wards. Current hospital experience essential, lower hospital grade will be considered.
Dates: ASAP - end August 2026
Work Hours: 8:30am - 5pm (30min unpaid break)
Experience Required * Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA). * Previous experience working in an Australian hospital is essential. * Experience with Merlin will be highly regarded but is not essential. * Experience in ICU or paediatrics is preferred but not essential. * Ability to work independently is essential.
Salary & Benefits: $80/hr + Super (Paid by Raven's)
