This historical pharmacy group of two stores is located south-west of Brisbane in the Southern Downs Region is looking for a General Manager/Pharmacist to come on board to oversee, and at times, work alongside the pharmacy teams of friendly, committed pharmacy professionals.

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your values of empathy, respect and integrity as you go above and beyond to support your two pharmacy teams and the patients. Both these teams are continually looking for ways to improve their service.

This location in the Darling Downs region is surrounded by beautiful towns and many lovely villages and at only two hours from Brisbane and one hour from Toowoomba, you will be choosing to live affordably whilst living in a stunning natural setting and also having the chance to get ahead financially with the extra win of having more time to enjoy life.

You will be spoilt for choice in how to spend your leisure time with so many local events, strong community sporting clubs and then there are the local National Parks, lakes and wineries to explore and enjoy.

Job Specification:

As the new General Manager you will be supporting the two Pharmacist Managers and their dispensary teams and front of shop teams.

With 35 staff all up you will be involved in the execution of the organisations' strategies, as well as being a part of the roster as a hands on Pharmacist at times. However, the vast majority of your role will be in the management area.

Fred dispense used in each store. The staffing of these stores allows for all the time that is needed to offer excellence in customer service - going the extra mile is common practice here which is just one of the reasons they are enjoying such success within the business.

No methadone.

Roster predominantly Monday to Friday (40hrs/wk), but flexibility would be required to attend conference and staff functions etc.

Skills Required:

* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Clear and effective communication style.
* Proven ability in managing a pharmacy team.
* Lead by example.

Salary & Benefits:

$140K inclusive of super (negotiable dependant upon experience and qualifications) plus accommodation and relocation assistance negotiable.
