An experienced Aged care provider operating a nmber of residential aged care facilities, across Goulburn, Wollongong and the Illawaara Coast of NSW has positions available. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality care can make a real difference to the lives of their patients.



The newly created opportunities

• Opportunities to work part-time (minimum 2 days) or full-time across
• Residential aged care facilities in Goulburn, Wollongong and the Illawarra Coast of NSW.
• Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
• Provide education and training to staff
• Be involved in clinical governance and contributing to policy and procedures

About you

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
• MMR and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
• Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships
• Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
• Accredited to vaccinate, essential
